This offer (one-month free PrisonCalls membership) is made to you by the PrisonCalls Limited (Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP).
It entitles you to join PrisonCalls for free for a period of one month using our 1000 minutes package. No other packages can be used. Your Free month will start as soon as your membership application has been verified and processed by our membership department.
We will send you a “Welcome Email” to notify you of the start of your Free month membership period. By submitting your application together with payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you accept the one-month Free offer and consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You also acknowledge and agree to PrisonCalls Membership Terms and Conditions. We will begin to charge you the membership subscription rate as per the PrisonCalls Membership Terms and Conditions at the end of your Free Trial period unless you cancel before the end of the Free period.
When your Free period has ended, we will contact you with your membership payment schedule in accordance with the PrisonCalls Membership Terms and Conditions. If you decide that you do not want to be a paying member of PrisonCalls you can cancel your membership at any time before the expiry of the Free period by emailing contact@prisoncalls.co.uk. We will need to receive notice of your cancellation before the end of the Free period. To cancel as a paying member of PrisonCalls, PrisonCalls Membership Terms and Conditions will apply.
If you wish to upgrade after the free period, you can do so, in accordance with PrisonCalls Terms and Conditions.
The Free month may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Only new members can take advantage of the one-month free offer.
You may only use this Free offer once. PrisonCalls reserves the right to modify or withdraw this one-month Free Trial offer at any time at its absolute discretion without notice or liability.
PrisonCalls may also change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or liability. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
